:: :: <br /> MAP Lexington Housing Partnership Board <br /> Meeting Minutes for November 5, 2020 <br /> Attendees:Jeri Foutter, Harriet Cohen, Mary Haskell, Melinda Walker, Melanie Thompson, Paul Linton, <br /> Robert Peters, Bob Pressman, Betsey Weiss <br /> Absent: Wendy Manz, Rich McDonough <br /> Guest: Matt Daggett <br /> The Housing Partnership Board (HPB) meeting was chaired by Jeri Foutter and minutes were taken by <br /> Harriet Cohen.The meeting was called to order at 7:32 pm. <br /> 1. Call to Order <br /> 2. Community Housing Article for Special Town Meeting <br /> Mr. Daggett discussed with the committee the addition of an exemption for smaller houses to <br /> the housing article. Mr. Daggett responded to several other questions from the HPB. <br /> The HPB then discussed the community housing article with a goal of fully understanding the <br /> impact of the article. <br /> Ms. Cohen moved that the HPB support the community housing article. Mr. Linton seconded. <br /> The motion was approved unanimously. <br /> Ms. Foutter will confirm the support of the HPB in an email message to Mr. Daggett. Ms. Foutter <br /> will also update Mark Sandeen as to the support of the HPB. Mr. Sandeen is the Select Board <br /> liaison to the HPB. <br /> Ms. Cohen moved that the HPB recommend that the LHF move forward with its proposal for <br /> CPC funding. Ms. Haskell seconded.The motion passed unanimously. <br /> 3. CPC Application for 40R 40S Consultant <br /> Ms. Foutter summarized the email discussion with Marilyn Fenellosa regarding the opinion of <br /> the town counsel regarding the CPC application.The town counsel has provided the opinion that <br /> the CPC application is not an acceptable use of CPA funds. As such, the Community Preservation <br /> Committee will not consider the application. <br /> 4. Rental Assistance <br /> This discussion was tabled for a later meeting. <br /> S. Adjournment <br /> Ms. Cohen moved adjournment, Ms. Weiss seconded the motion.The motion was approved <br /> unanimously.The meeting adjourned at 9:21 pm <br />
