:: :: <br /> MAP Lexington Housing Partnership Board <br /> Meeting Minutes for September 3,2020 <br /> Attendees: Harriet Cohen,Jeri Foutter, Mary Haskell, Paul Linton, Wendy Manz, Rich McDonough, Bob <br /> Peters, Bob Pressman, Melinda Walker, Betsey Weiss <br /> Guest: Charles Hornig <br /> The Housing Partnership Board (HPB) meeting was chaired by Jeri Foutter and minutes were taken by <br /> Harriet Cohen.The meeting was called to order at 12:06 pm. <br /> 1. Call to Order <br /> 2. Review and Approval of Letter in Support of Town Proposal to MassDevelopment <br /> Ms. Cohen had previously made available a letter of support for the Town's submission in <br /> response to Mass Development's Request for Proposal.The Town is requesting funding for 40R <br /> Smart Growth zones. <br /> The Committee provided suggestions as to how to improve the letter. Consensus was reached <br /> on the contents and wording of the letter. Ms. Weiss moved approval of the letter. Mr. Peters <br /> seconded the motion. All committee members voted in favor of approving the letter. <br /> 3. HPB Items for the Town Annual Report <br /> The Town asked Ms. Foutter to submit a report on HPB work during the past year.The HPB <br /> members provided a suggested list of items to Ms. Foutter. Ms. Foutter will submit a list to the <br /> Town in response to their request. <br /> 4. Adjournment <br /> Ms. Weiss moved adjournment and Mr. Peters seconded the motion.The motion passed <br /> unanimously.The meeting adjourned at 1:12 pm. <br />
