Further depreciation was <br /> applied due to functional limitations as the tree competes with adjacent trees and external limitations <br /> that include pruning for both power lines and road clearance over the life of this tree. <br /> Information gathered to complete this appraisal was obtained from the most current"Guide for Plant <br /> Appraisal", 10th edition June 2019 as sanctioned by the Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers, <br /> American Society of Consulting Arborists and International Society of Arboriculture. <br /> If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call me. <br /> sinc <br /> t -- 5— <br /> Matthew R.
