LexHAB Board Meeting <br /> 1620 Massachusetts Avenue,Suite 4, Lexington, MA 02420 <br /> February 19,2020 at 7:00 AM <br /> Minutes of the meeting held at the offices of LexHAB at 1620 Massachusetts Avenue in Lexington on <br /> February 19, 2020. <br /> Members present were Bob Burbidge, Lester Savage, Bob Phelan, Gerry Howell, Donna <br /> Leary, Henry Liu, Martha Wood and Bill Hays. Also present were Pearlene Varjabedian, <br /> Housing Manager and Kate Murphy, Financial Administrator, Patricia S. Nelson, counsel <br /> to LexHAB and Sue Barry, Selectwoman, Tara Mizrahi of Affirmative Investments. Bill <br /> Kennedy remotely present via conference call. <br /> The Chairman, Bob Burbidge presided. <br /> Minutes from the January 15, 2020 meeting were reviewed and accepted as amended. <br /> FINANCIAL REPORT <br /> • Financial Overview by Gerry Howell <br /> • Financial reports were handed out and will continue to be distributed to all Board members monthly <br /> • In future, financial reports will be reviewed in detail at meetings at least quarterly, with financial <br /> overview at interim meetings. <br /> FARIVIVIEW <br /> • Lester Savage gave status report on construction. Should be complete by end of week. Tin Roofs <br /> came in yesterday. Inspections for plumbing, electrical and insulation took place yesterday. <br /> • Pearlene to reach out to MetroWest and set up meeting regarding lottery and occupancy in June. <br /> Motion to engage MetroWest to conduct lottery for selection of Farmview tenants. All in Favor. <br /> GROVE STREET <br /> • Students and Shop teachers are back. Bathrooms are tiled, plumbing and fixtures in. Project <br /> completion anticipated in June. <br /> WRIGHT FARM <br /> • Pat Nelson — Deed is now recorded. Everyone has a copy. Waiting for regulatory agreement to be <br /> signed by the Select Board. Carol Kowalski has the paperwork. <br /> • Conservation is in process to build an education center at the barn. <br /> VINE STREET <br /> • CPC funding of project design included in Town warrant. <br />
