The frames of the windows will be painted white, which is in-kind with their <br /> current windows. The windows will be 1-1.5 inches wider, however, that is the thinnest window <br /> frame that was available to them. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Moved by Mr. Kelland to find 4 Peacock Farm Road preferably preserved but to allow window <br /> replacement.
