HISTORICAL COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> February 18th, 2020 <br /> Call to Order: A public meeting of the Historical Commission was held in the Parker Room of <br /> Lexington Town Office Building located at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue. The meeting <br /> convened at 7:30PM. <br /> Historical Commission Members in Attendance: <br /> Marilyn Fenollosa Chair, David Kelland, Wendall Kalsow, Samuel Doran <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1 (7:30 PM) <br /> Public hearing on the partial building demolition at 4 Peacock Farm Road <br /> APPLICANT (S) PRESENT: <br /> ATC Revocable Trust, EBC Revocable Trust 2018 <br /> Austin and Emily Clements, homeowners <br /> DOCUMENT(S): <br /> - Historical Commission Application with attachments, dated December 15, 2019, <br /> prepared by Austin & Emily Clements <br /> - "Peacock Farm Association approvals", Email exchange, From: Michael Samra and Bill <br /> King, To: Emily Clements, From: Austin Clements, Subject: Re: Windows at 4 PFR, <br /> dated 11/24/2019, rev. 11/26/2019 <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> The applicants propose to replace all of their current windows with double paned, mahogany <br /> framed windows. The frames of the windows will be painted white, which is in-kind with their <br /> current windows. The windows will be 1-1.5 inches wider, however, that is the thinnest window <br /> frame that was available to them. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Moved by Mr. Kelland to find 4 Peacock Farm Road preferably preserved but to allow window <br /> replacement.
