Lorain asked Mary Hutton and Steve Cole to contact the William Diamond Fife and Drum Corp about performing on 4/18. • The committee also discussed whether to invite the Williamsburg Fife and Drum and Michigan Fife and Drum groups to perform on 4/18. • Sandy Podgorski announced that February 15 is the deadline for including the 2020 schedule of events to be included in the next Recreation Department publication. • June distributed a color-coded roster of marching units from 2019 which will help the committee decide how many musical marching units to invite to this year's parade. • Steve Cole asked that the DAR marching unit be placed directly behind the Minutemen because they share a float. • Geetha volunteered to look into doing a video about Patriots Day again this year.
