• Rita Pandey reported that the booklet containing the essays written by the high school <br /> students is ready to send to the printer. The program is also ready to be printed. <br /> • Sue Stering reported that only one poster was submitted this year. Since the student's <br /> name is not available for inclusion in the booklet, the name will be announced during the <br /> program. Sue also reported that the student art work has not yet been received although 4 <br /> or 5 pieces are expected. Those student names will also be announced at the program. <br /> • Seating arrangements were discussed and it was decided that they will be finalized on <br /> Friday at the walk-through of the program. <br /> • Paul Jenkins reported that he has the 5 service flags and will deliver them to Cary Hall <br /> early Monday morning. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted <br /> Suzanne Caton, Secretary <br />
