There are several outstanding issues concerning the project such as getting the <br /> approval of the Commission for an increase in impervious surface area. The applicant has a bond <br /> on the property that covers the costs of the remaining work to be completed. The applicants have <br /> filed for a request to amend the order of conditions which will be presented at the March 23, <br /> 2020 meeting. <br /> The Commission determined that the certificate of occupancy can be released. <br /> Request for Insignificant Plan Change: 16 Summer Street DEP 201-996 BL 953 —expand paved <br /> driveway surfaces outside 100-foot <br /> Ms. Samuels recused herself from the discussion of 16 Summer Street. <br /> Ms. Shelly Henderson, homeowner, presented before the Commission four parts of a proposed <br /> plan change. Proposed plan changes "A", "B" and "C"were proposing to expand paved <br /> driveway surfaces outside the 100 foot buffer zone. The Commission deemed the driveway <br /> expansion to be outside of their jurisdiction. <br /> Ms. Henderson additionally proposed plan change, "D", to trench for utilities within the 100 foot <br /> buffer zone. There was insufficient information for the Commission to evaluate the proposed <br /> change. <br />
