VOTE 6-0-1 <br /> • Article 9: Establish and Continue Departmental Revolving Funds: It was noted that <br /> Lexington does not currently require permits for the use of laboratory animals. VOTE: 7-0 <br /> • Article 10: Appropriate the FY2021 Community Preservation Committee Operating Budget <br /> and Community Preservation Act Projects: Ms. Muckenhoupt reported that she has <br /> completed and will submit her written material. Mr. Nichols, who was not in attendance on <br /> February 20th when other committee members voted on this article, added his support for <br /> approval of all the sub-sections of this article except for the following: <br /> ➢ d) Conservation Land Acquisition <br /> ➢ e)Daisy Wilson Meadow Preservation <br /> ➢ f)Wright Farm Site Access Planning and Design <br /> ➢ 1)Lexington Housing Authority (LexHAB)-Greeley Village Community Center <br /> Preservation <br /> ➢ m)LexHAB-116 Vine Street Design Funds <br /> • Article 11: Appropriate for Recreation Capital Projects: Mr. Padaki explained that this <br /> article has two parts, part a)for the Pine Meadows Club house and part b)for golf course <br /> equipment. There will be separate motions at the ATM. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to recommend approval of both parts of this <br /> article. The motion passed. Ms. Kosnoff agreed to review <br /> Mr. Bartenstein's write up for the report. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to recommend approval of Articles 13 and 14. <br /> The motion passed.
