Assistant <br /> 6:30 pm <br /> New Business/Pendine Matters <br /> Request for Certificate of Compliance: 2 Diana Lane (formerly 0 Diana Ln) DEP 201-1104 BL <br /> 1062 <br /> The request for certificate of compliance for 2 Diana Lane is not ready. <br /> Request to Extend an Order of Conditions: Rangeway Extension DEP 201-968 BL 926 (from <br /> 2/15/2020 until 2/15/2021) <br /> On a motion by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 6-0 to extend the <br /> order of conditions by one year. <br /> Request for Plan Modification: 288 Concord Avenue DEP 201-1045 BL 1002 <br /> Mr. Dave Crossman, wetland scientist for the project presented before the Commission. The <br /> applicant had removed four large trees on the property. The applicant proposes to plant four <br /> native trees to replace those that were removed. <br /> On a motion by Ms. Samuels and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 6-0 to approve <br /> the plan modification pending receipt of tree species details. <br /> Ratify Enforcement Order: 39 Woodpark Circle <br /> On a motion by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission voted 6-0 to ratify the <br /> enforcement order. <br /> Approve Minutes: 1/13/2020 and 1/27/2020 <br />
