Assistant <br /> 6:30 pm <br /> New Business/Pendine Matters <br /> Request for Certificate of Compliance: 18 Constitution Road DEP 201-884 BL 843 <br /> Ms. Mullins reported that the permit was issued in 2013 and was extended until 2018. The <br /> certificate of compliance was not ready to be issued. <br /> Request for Certificate of Compliance: 29 Dawes Road DEP 201-1125 BL 1082 <br /> On a motion by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission voted 7-0 to issue a <br /> full certificate of compliance. <br /> Renew permit for goat grazing at Chiesa Farm <br /> On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission 7-0 to renew the <br /> permit to graze goats at Chiesa Farm for 2020. <br /> Request for Plan Modification: 430 Concord Avenue DEP 201-938 BL 897 —gas service <br /> relocation <br /> Mr. Rich Kirby, Mr. Mike Capachietti and Mr. Jim Tranghese presented before the Commission. <br /> The applicant is proposing to install an eight(8) foot tall fence at the base of the slope located <br /> next to the parking lot. Additional plantings such as inkberry or bayberry shrubs are proposed to <br /> be planted where initial plantings failed to establish. A plant restoration list has yet to be <br /> submitted. <br /> Abutters to the property, Ms. Jill Barnes and Ms. Sharon Hayes of 426 Concord Avenue <br /> supported the installation of an eight(8) foot tall fence. <br />
