This <br />will include, in particular but not exclusively, the Barn, and will also include developing plans for <br />instituting an educational program which would likely include renovation and/or reconstruction of the <br />Barn. Options will be provided for the Conservation Commission's consideration and approval. <br />Documents to support the efforts of this Subcommittee include: <br />1) Wright Faun Educational Planning -- Final Report and Reconunendations June 2019 <br />2) Wright Farm Barn Architectural Assessment and Plan April 26, 2018 <br />3) Wright Farm Land Management Plan <br />The goal of the Subcommittee will be to work with stakeholders, other individuals, and other entities to <br />make recommendations for options for education development at Wright Farm in order to create a vibrant <br />community educational resource, including finding funding opportunities and/or raising funds to <br />implement any approved plans. This work will include recommending plan options for the future of the <br />Barn, and reconrunending educational program development. <br />Critcria for membership: Members of this subcommittee shall have an interest or background in <br />Enviromnental Education, Historical Preservation, Land Conservation and/or Land Management, <br />Fundraising, Education, Architectural Planning, or the neighborhood of Wright Farm. <br />Ex -Officio Members/Staff. The Conservation Director and the Conservation Stewardship <br />Coordinator are ex -officio nonvoting members and shall support at their discretion this <br />subcommittee. <br />Prior to serving as a member of this Subcommittee, appointees are required to: <br />1. Acknowledge receipt of the Summary of the Conflict of interest Statute. Further, to continue <br />to serve on the Committee, the member must acknowledge annually receipt of the summary <br />of the Conflict of Interest Statute. Said summary will be provided by, and member's <br />acknowledgement shall be sent to, the Town Clerk. <br />2. Provide evidence to the Town Clerk that the appointee has completed the on-line training <br />requirement required by the Conflict of Interest Statute. Further, to continue to serve on the <br />Committee, the member must acknowledge every two years to the Town Clerk completion of <br />the on-line training requirement. <br />Ref.: The Conservation Commission adopted this charge on January 27, 2020. <br />
