The Historical Commission does not approve the replacing <br /> of door numbered 14 with fiber glass. The Historical Commission allowed a wood replacement <br /> for the other wood door. The Historical Commission permitted the two wroght iron railings as <br /> requested. He has lived there with <br /> his family for 15 years. When he purchased the home it was listed as a tear down but the family <br /> made renovations and kept the existing house. Mr. Erickson went over the proposed plans for <br /> the addition. They are proposing a family room on the first floor and a master bedroom with a <br /> bathroom on the second floor. There currently is no garage so they plan to add a one car garage. <br /> They plan to match the exterior of the house and match the shingles. <br />
