The meeting <br /> convened at 7:30PM. <br /> Historical Commission Members in Attendance: <br /> David Kelland, Chair, Wendall Kalsow, Marilyn Fenollosa, <br /> Katie Flynn 7:39PM <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1 (7:31 PM) <br /> Public hearing on the roofline change at 16 Tucker Avenue <br /> APPLICANT (S) PRESENT: <br /> John Lloyd, Homeowner <br /> ABUTTER(S) PRESENT: <br /> None <br /> DOCUMENT(S): <br /> Photos of existing house <br /> Proposed plans dated 5/20/2019 <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> Mr. Lloyd would like to do a small renovation to the kitchen and dining room. The heating <br /> system also needs to be updated. In order to do the renovation the chimney needs to come down. <br /> There will be no other exterior changes. <br /> HC COMMENTS: <br /> Mr. Kelland asked if there would be any other exterior changes. Mr. Lloyd said no just a patch <br /> where the chimney was located. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br /> None <br />
