The charge will be <br /> added to the next agenda to make their subcommittee official. <br /> Chairman Hamilton reported that former Conservation Commissioner Dick Wolk will be <br /> representing the Conservation Commission in the Bedford Street/Hartwell Ave Traffic <br /> Improvements Subcommittee. <br /> Review Proposed Wetland Protection Code, C. 130 Rules Amendments to Section 5 <br /> Performance Standards: S.5 (5) Buffer Zone and Section 5(2) Stormwater Runoff <br /> Ms. Mullins reported that the Community Development staff is working with DPW and a <br /> consultant to evaluate town wide stormwater runoff regulations. <br /> The Conservation Commission will schedule a separate meeting to discuss the proposed buffer <br /> zone regulations. The Commission discussed possibly increasing the minimum "do not disturb" <br /> buffer zone. The Commission will think of examples where wetland mitigation offers a benefit <br /> that counters an aspect of a project. The Commission discussed the difficulties of projects that <br /> are grandfathered in. <br /> Approve Minutes: 12/16/2019 <br /> Minutes will be approved at a later date. <br />
