Issue Order of Conditions: 140 Marrett Road DEP 201-1161 BL 1117 On a motion by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission voted 6-0 to issue the order of conditions. Enforcement Update: 39 Woodpark Circle Mr. Chris Stratford, landscaper for the homeowner, presented before the Commission. An intermittent stream ran through the property in the form of a Swale feature and associated bridge which had been filled/removed. The homeowner had asked the landscaper to remove the bridge and fill in the Swale which he did. The Conservation Department was made aware of the activity and informed the homeowner of the violation.
