I of chapter 101 of the acts Of <br />2o080 is hereby further amended by striking out the words t1chairman of the <br />appropriation committee" and inserting an place thereof the. following words; - <br />chairs of the appropriation and capital expenditurev committees. <br />SECTIDN 2.
