After some discussion, the applicant proposed to change out all windows <br /> with like and kind replacements. On a motion duly made and seconded, the use of azek for all <br /> sills and casings was approved unanimously as proposed. <br /> Documents Used: <br /> Photographs of existing conditions, n.d. <br /> Anderson 400 Series, double hung, spec sheet <br /> 6:05 PM <br /> 16 Patriots Drive: Abbas Iranmanesh, exterior changes in the Hancock Clark District. The <br /> Homeowners reviewed the violation of conducting work without prior review with the HDC. <br /> After some discussion, the homeowners agreed to return with an alternate proposal.
