The Commission waited <br /> until a quorum was achieved. <br /> Enforcement Hearing: 12 Fairfield Drive <br /> Luis Nolasco, the contractor at 12 Fairfield Drive, presented at the hearing. Mr. Nolasco <br /> stated that a total of 15 trees were cut. They intend on replacing all of the trees in addition to <br /> installing sod and vegetation. <br /> Mr. Langseth stated that the property abuts Vine Brook, causing the entire property to fall in <br /> the 200 foot riverfront area with parts of the property to fall within the 100 foot buffer zone. <br /> Mr. Nolasco stated that they plan to plant arborvitaes as replacements. A general replanting <br /> plan was submitted. <br />
