Request for Certificate of Compliance: 6 Moon Hill Road DEP 201-655 BL 613 To be discussed at a later date. Request for Certificate of Compliance: 288 Concord Avenue DEP 1045 BL 1002 (partiall On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission voted 7-0 to issue a partial Certificate of Compliance pending a site visit by Ms. Mullins. Request for Insignificant Plan Change: 85 Maple Street DEP 201-1100 BL 1057 Mr. Fred Russell presented before the Commission. Mr. Russell stated that a larger dwelling and infiltration system were constructed than the Commission approved. The end of the parking stub off the driveway sloped away from the driveway and its associated drainage system, contrary to the approved drawings. He also stated that the roof overhang was larger than approved because the gutters were not included in the original design.
