Mr. Russell stated that a larger dwelling <br /> and infiltration system were constructed than the Commission approved. The end of the <br /> parking stub off the driveway sloped away from the driveway and its associated drainage <br /> system, contrary to the approved drawings. He also stated that the roof overhang was larger <br /> than approved because the gutters were not included in the original design. <br />
