The committee clarified the minutes from September 17th to add the following: "Narain Bhatia requested a discussion of protocol for submitting a Minority Report. The committee Chair agreed to explore with Town Staff the circumstances for submitting a Minority Report. Further discussion at the October 1s' meeting." The committee unanimously approved the September 17th meeting minutes, as modified above. (Motion by Judith Crocker, second by George Burnell) The committee continues with the objective to present to the 2019 Fall STM. Goal is presentation to Select Board on Nov. 41n The committee discussed the plan for preparing the Final report. Content and format were further refined.
