Asst. 6:30 pm New Business/Pendine Matters Chairman Hamilton, Mr. Wolk, Ms. Ladd and Ms. Dohan were present at this time. Issue Order of Conditions: 9 Hadley Road DEP 201-1134 BL 1091 On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Mr. Wolk, the Commission voted 4-0 to issue the order of conditions. Issue Amendment to Order of Conditions: 30 Oakmount Circle DEP 201-939 BL 898 On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 4-0 to issue an amendment to the Order of Conditions. Request for Certificate of Compliance: 55 Cary Avenue DEP 201-1083 BL 1040 (partial) On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 4-0 to issue a partial certificate of compliance. 4 Lake Street Restoration Follow Up To be discussed at a later date. Mr. Langseth arrived at this time. Approve Meeting Minutes: 6-10-2019, 5-20-2019 On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 5-0 to accept the minutes from 6-10-2019 pending minor edits.
