Ms. Dohan arrived at this time. Issue Order of Conditions: 33 Hayden Ave, DEP 201-1141, BL 1098 The applicant followed up with the riprap detail that the Commission asked for. On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission voted 6-0 to issue the order of conditions. Issue Order of Conditions: 244 Wood St, DEP 201-1120 Ms. Ladd abstained from voting for the filing for 244 Wood Street. On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Mr. Wolk, the Commission voted 5-0 to issue the order of conditions under the State Act only.
