MEETING MINUTES <br />BOARD OF REGISTRARS <br />November 19, 2018 <br />The meeting of the Board of Registrars was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Monday, November <br />19, 2018 in the Town Clerk's Office, Town Office Building, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue. <br />Present: Registrars, Gordon Jones, Chair, Judy Moore, Mark Vitunic and Town Clerk, <br />Nathalie Rice. <br />Designation of Assistant Registrar: <br />MOTION.• That the Gina Carme be designated by the Board of Registrars as an <br />Assistant Registrar. <br />Motion approved. <br />Hand Count tally of FWAB (Federal Write -In) ballots from the State Election, November <br />6, 2018: <br />The Board of Registrars hand tallied five FWAB ballots from the November 6, 2018 <br />State Election. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:31 a.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Nathalie L.
