<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />BOARD OF REGISTRARS <br />October 3, 2018 <br /> <br />The meeting of the Board of Registrars was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, <br />October 3, 2018 in the Reed Rom, Town Office Building, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue. <br />Present: Registrars, Gordon Jones, Chair, Judy Moore, Mark Vitunic and Town Clerk, <br />Nathalie Rice. <br /> <br />Approval of Alternate Early Voting Location: <br />MOTION: That the Cary Memorial Building be designated as Lexington’s alternate <br />location for Early Voting. <br />Motion approved. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion of Upcoming November State Election: <br />th <br />Ms. Rice discussed the use of Poll Pads for early voting prior to the November 6 State <br />Election. She explained that there are no internet connections associated with Poll Pad <br />use, and that they simply enable voters to be checked in, and a label to be printed. The <br />label is scanned by staff members to enter the voter in the State database.
