TOWN OF LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS <br /> CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday June 25, 2018 <br /> 6:30 P.M. <br /> Parker Room, Town Office Building <br /> 1625 Massachusetts Ave <br /> Chair Philip Hamilton opened the meeting at 6:30pm in the Parker Room of the Town Office <br /> Building <br /> Commissioners Present: Phil Hamilton, Alex Dohan, Ruth Ladd, Duke Bitsko, Dick Wolk <br /> Others present: Karen Mullins, Conservation Administrator and Casey Hagerty, Conservation <br /> Department Assistant <br /> 6:30pm <br /> Issue Order of Conditions for DEP 201-1101, BL 1058, 443 Lincoln Street <br /> The commission discussed this project. Ms. Mullins stated that the trail that the applicant is <br /> proposing connects to a trail on the Grey Oaks property that does not exist. If the Grey Oaks <br /> property wants to put a trail in, they will have to come back the commission to get approval <br /> because the proposed trail is in the Conservation restriction area. The commission decided that <br /> they will not approve the path at 443 Lincoln until they know what is happening with the Grey <br /> Oaks property. <br /> Motion to issue the Order of Conditions made by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Wolk. Vote: <br /> 5-0 in favor. <br /> 6:37pm <br /> Extend Order of Conditions: 30 Oakmount Circle DEP 201-939, BL 898 <br /> Mr. Dan Orwig explained that this project has been held up because of legal issues with <br /> neighbors. Those issues have been resolved and they are getting ready to start construction. <br /> Motion to extend the Order of Conditions for one year made by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Ms. <br /> Dohan.
