• Lorain suggested that a special invitation be sent to Town Meeting members to march in the <br /> Morning parade. <br /> • Linda suggested asking Doug Lucente to invite former White Tricorn Hat winners to march as <br /> their own unit in the parade. <br /> • Lorain reported that she requested buses to take people from the high school to the beginning of <br /> the parade and confirmed that Mary and Scott Hutton would be at the high school to direct <br /> people to the buses. Lorain also noted that we would need two cars from Peter Kelley in <br /> addition to John Carol's car. <br /> • Lorain ran through the ceremony for the Green. <br /> • Karen is in charge of inviting members of the clergy to participate in the event. <br /> • Wayne will be in charge of providing water(maybe Stop & Shop donation?). <br /> • Geetha plans to do a video. <br /> Approval of Parade Applications <br /> The Committee approved the applications of the following units involving fees: <br /> • Hot Tamales Brass Band <br /> • Lexington Fire Honor Guard <br /> • Tony Barry Band <br /> The Committee pre-authorized the application of the following unit if it would accept a lower fee: <br /> • New England Historical Vehicles <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8:43 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Mary Hutton, Co-Secretary <br />
