<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 25, 2019 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Hudson Room, Cary Memorial Building <br />was called to order at 6:01 p.m. by Chair Ginna Johnson with members Richard Canale, Charles <br />Hornig, and Bob Creech; and planning staff Sheila Page present. Member Bob Peters arrived at <br />6:35 pm. Julie Mercier, Planning Director, arrived at approximately 7:00 pm <br /> <br />**********************DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION*********************** <br />Town Meeting Report for Article 38 - 186 Bedford Street - Planned Development District and <br />Preliminary Site Development Use Plan: <br /> <br />The Board reviewed a draft Article 38 Report. Ms. Johnson said that the report should reflect the <br />Planning Board’s logic of the recommendation to refer the proposal back to the Planning Board. <br />The Board read through the draft report together and discussed whether certain items in the report <br />adequately explained the Board’s concerns. The Report highlighted both the project benefits and <br />deficiencies. Ms. Page made edits to the document as the Board discussed. <br /> <br />The Board did not finish editing the report and agreed to continue drafting the report at the March <br />27, 2019 Planning Board meeting to be held in the Parker Room at 6:00 pm. Ms. Page will finish <br />the edits discussed and distribute a revised report to the Board for review prior to Wednesday’s <br />meeting.
