Attached are the minutes for October 3. let me know what you tHnit <br /> Thanks <br /> Brian Kelley <br /> 339-933-1812 <br /> Uncoin Park Subcommittee <br /> Meeting Minutes for October 3, 2013 <br /> Committee Members Present: David Williams, Lynne Wilson,Jeanne Shorteir, Stab <br /> Pressman. Also attending,Wes Wirth and Lisa O'Brien <br /> Review granite forest bids. Partere has withdrawn their bid. The Town agreed that <br /> Parterre could withdraw their bid and the bid would be awarded to Belko <br /> Wes spoke with John at Belko and Bello indicated that they could start work on the <br /> granite forest as early as late Fall 2018. Belko will be responsible for all grading and <br /> hardscape(paths, states,benches,walls etc).Wes reports that John at Belko was very <br /> accommodating <br /> The budget for all"phase 1"work will be about$125,000. The committee has raised <br /> about$60,©4B specifically for the granite forest project. <br /> The committee agreed to continue pushing forward with Belko and we would consider <br /> outreach and publicity endeavors such as an.article in The Colonial Times, a Facebook <br /> page and a pamphlet. <br /> Wb Pressman menti€aneda hurting lawn Redwood and significant invasive species.. <br /> The committee took a formal vote to award the contract to Belko.
