Lincoln Park Committee <br /> Minutes of the Meeting on October 30, 2018 <br /> Committee Members Present: David Williams, Lynne Wilson,Joanne Shorter, Robert Pressman, Brian <br /> Kelley <br /> Also attending: Wesley Wirth, Miles Connors, Christine Burwell, Lisa O'Brien <br /> The Board voted to request that staff from Barnard Landscaping and Parterre work an additional day to <br /> thin out the area between the Boardwalk and the Hayden field. <br /> The Board voted to raise cash from the following funds to fund, in part,the Granite Forest Project. <br /> Kintz Fund -$40,000.00 <br /> Lee Fund -$20,000.00 <br /> Belco has agreed to do all of the hardscape for the project and asked to not be involved in the planting <br /> aspect. <br /> Wesley will ask a representative of Belco to meet at the site to answer any questions and explain how <br /> they will secure the site for safety concerns. <br /> David will look into having a vinyl sign created to alert the public as to what is happening at the site and <br /> funding naming options.
