400 - <br /> y <br /> S T EC TMEN'S MEETING <br /> March 18, 1961 <br /> A meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held <br /> in the Selectmen' s Room, Town Office Building, on <br /> Saturday, March 18, 1961, at 9:30 P.M. Chairman <br /> Morey, Messrs. Adams, Ferguson and Richards were <br /> present . Mr. Adams was elected Secretary pro tem. <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate <br /> precinct meeting in preparation for Town Meeting. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted <br /> to approve the offer of $28,000 for the Hagerty pro- <br /> Hagerty party; the Hagertys to remain in occupancy until May <br /> property 1, 1961 and thereafter for thirty days, after notice <br /> to vacate, until December 31, 1961 (Whichever shall <br /> be first) rent free . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted <br /> to approve recommendations of the Traffic Study Com- <br /> Traffic mittee made at the meeting of March 13, 1961. (Curb <br /> parking for Bedford Street and corner of Vine Brook <br /> Road. ) , and to amend the Traffic Rules and Regulations. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted <br /> to make the following appointments for terms expiring <br /> March 31, 1962 unless otherwise noted: <br /> ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS <br /> Annual Director of Civil Defense Arthur E.
