Lawrence 'Whipple. <br /> The chairman read the notice of hearing and the letter received from <br /> Pam°. Arthur Herald, Agent, i'Iilliam E. ',,Whaley Company of Louisville, Kentuciccy dated <br /> yecember 299 1969. Mr. Herald appeased in behalf of Rowe Chevrolet and :Richard <br /> Zimmerman, and presented the co-mission with photographs and copies of the signs. <br /> Many questions were asked ter.
