<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF NOVEMBER 5, 2018 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room, was called to order at 7:01 <br />p.m. by Chair Ginna Johnson with members Richard Canale, Charles Hornig, Nancy Corcoran- <br />Ronchetti, Bob Creech and planning staff David Kucharsky present. <br /> <br />*************************SPECIAL TOWN MEETING***************************** <br />55 & 56 Watertown Street (Belmont Country Club): Discuss Town meeting report: <br />The Board discussed changes to the draft report to Town Meeting with changes submitted by four <br />Board Members to staff. The Board reviewed the changes that were submitted to staff. <br /> <br />On a motion of Mr. Canale, seconded by Mr. Hornig, it was voted, 5-0, to adopt the Planning <br />Board’s recommendation report to Town Meeting as amended with further changes subject to <br /> <br />review by the Chair, Planning Director or other designees. <br /> <br />On a motion, duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 10:05 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was recorded by LexMedia. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, Clerk <br />
