Ave, Lexington, MA Commissioners Present: Phil Hamilton, Alex Dohan, Ruth Ladd, Kevin Beuttell Commissioners Absent: David Langseth, Duke Bitsko and Dick Wolk Others present: Karen Mullins, Conservation Administrator and Katie Luczai, Conservation Department Assistant 6:30pm Issue Order of Conditions: 11 Vinebrook Road DEP File No. 201-1113, BL 1071 Motion to issue the Extension to Order of Conditions made by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Beuttell. Vote: 4-0 in favor. Issue to Order of Conditions: 17 Oxbow Road DEP File No. 201-1115, BL 1073 Motion to issue the Extension to Order of Conditions made by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Beuttell. Vote: 4-0 in favor. Request for Insignificant Plan Change: 11 Vinebrook Road DEP File No. 201-1113, BL 1071 The applicant, Mr. Nick Pauling, requested that the proposed building be decreased in size which allows an increased setback from the rear of the property. Motion to approve the insignificant plan change made by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Beuttell. Vote: 4-0 in favor. Approve Meeting Minutes from Conservation Commission meeting dated September 17, 2018 Motion to approve the meeting minutes from the September 17, 2018 Conservation Commission were approved on a motion by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Beuttell. Vote: 4-0. Site Visits A site visit schedule for Saturday, November 17th will be arranged and distributed to the commission accordingly.
