That discussion <br /> addressed all of this Committee's earlier questions and those raised during this meeting, and <br /> provided Ms. Battite and her attending staff with this Committee's feedback regarding any <br /> remaining concerns and/or suggested revisions to those CIPs. The DPW and Finance <br /> attendees also participated in the discussion. <br /> Review of the LPS Non-Facility FY2020—FY2024 CIP <br /> As the CEC had already reviewed the LPS CIP, at Mr. Rowes request, Ms. Judkins lead the <br /> discussion using the LPS Q&A about that CIP. That discussion addressed all of this <br /> Committee's earlier questions and those raised during this meeting, and provided <br /> Ms. Judkins and Mr. Rowe with this Committee's feedback regarding any concerns and/or <br /> suggested revisions to that CIP. <br /> CEC Report to the November 13, 2018, STM (2018-1): <br /> The Committee discussed the Draft #1 with its preliminary texts for Article 3, Appropriate for <br /> Center Streetscape Design; for Article 8, Establish and Appropriate To and From Specified <br /> Stabilization Funds; and Ms. Beebee's input for Article 5, Appropriate for Hosmer House <br /> Reuse Study.
