HISTORICAL COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> November 15th 2017 <br /> Call to Order: A public meeting of the Historical Commission was held in the Parker Room of <br /> Lexington Town Hall located at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue. The meeting convened at <br /> 7:30PM. <br /> Historical Commission Members in Attendance: <br /> David Kelland, Chair, Marilyn Fenollosa, Diane Pursley, Wendall Kalsow <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1 (7:30 PM) <br /> Continued hearing on the full building demolition at 70 Ward Street. <br /> APPLICANT (S) PRESENT: <br /> Louise Barbic, Homeowner <br /> ABUTTER(S) PRESENT: <br /> None <br /> DOCUMENT(S): <br /> PowerPoint slideshow regarding 70 Ward Street <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> Ms. Barbic was continued from her hearing on September 20'h 2017 to have more time to <br /> provide information regarding the house at 70 Ward Street. Ms. Barbic showed the commission <br /> a slide show she put together including photos of the neighborhood. She described the houses <br /> that have changed over the last few years in the neighborhood. The houses listed in the area form <br /> are listed as Queen Ann's. Ms. Barbic feels the clearest path for her family is to request a full <br /> building demolition. <br /> HC COMMENTS: <br /> Ms. Pursley asked if there were any new developments since the last hearing (issues of mold and <br /> carpenter ants etc.). Ms. Pursley wanted to know if anything has been investigated. Ms. Barbic <br /> said no. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br /> None <br />
