HISTORICAL COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> June 21"2017 <br /> Call to Order: A public meeting of the Historical Commission was held in the Parker Room of <br /> Lexington Town Hall located at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue. The meeting convened at <br /> 7:30PM. <br /> Historical Commission Members in Attendance: <br /> David Kelland, Chair, Marilyn Fenollosa and Diane Pursley, Wendall Kalsow <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1 (7:31 PM) <br /> Public hearing on the roofline change at 7 Theresa Avenue <br /> APPLICANT (S) PRESENT: <br /> Tama Evron, homeowner <br /> ABUTTER(S) PRESENT: <br /> None <br /> DOCUMENT(S): <br /> Copy of plans dates 4/11/2017 <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> Tama Evron is the homeowner at 7 Theresa Avenue. She went over the plans with the <br /> commission for adding a new bathroom onto the second floor. She said adding another <br /> bathroom is critical for her family. She loves the home and the neighborhood and does not want <br /> to move. She already went through the Zoning Board of Appeals and got approval for the <br /> bathroom addition. <br /> HC COMMENTS: <br /> The commission went over the plans with Ms. Evron. The board had concerns over the <br /> placement of the new dormer. Ms. Evron explained the architect tried to work with the existing <br /> conditions of the house. The commission mentioned Ms. Evron having her architect meet with <br /> Mr. Kalsow to go over plans that will work better. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br /> None <br />
