HISTORICAL COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> May 171h 2017 <br /> Call to Order: A public meeting of the Historical Commission was held in the Parker Room of <br /> Lexington Town Hall located at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue. The meeting convened at <br /> 7:30PM. <br /> Historical Commission Members in Attendance: <br /> David Kelland, Chair, Marilyn Fenollosa and Diane Pursley <br /> This is Ms. Pursley's first official meeting <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1 (7:31 PM) <br /> Public hearing on the partial building demolition located at 100 Simonds Road. <br /> APPLICANT (S) PRESENT: <br /> Joseph Gelormini, Contractor/Homeowner <br /> Blanca Medina, Costa Architect <br /> ABUTTER(S) PRESENT: <br /> Marc Muskavitch, 123 Blake Road <br /> Ed Bond, 105 Simonds Road <br /> Dana Hunt, 108 Simonds Road <br /> DOCUMENT(S): <br /> Photos of existing house <br /> Plot plan of proposed house with addition <br /> Plans <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> Mr. Gelormini came forward to discuss the home located at 100 Simonds Road. Mr. Gelormini <br /> wants to keep the existing structure but the inside needs to be gutted. Mr. Gelormini went over <br /> his plans with the board. He wants to add a garage and bump out the back. Mr. Gelormini is <br /> also proposing that the driveway comes off of Simonds Road, right now it comes off of Blake <br /> Road. There are houses in the neighborhood with a similar addition. <br /> HC COMMENTS: <br /> The board asked Mr. Gelormini if he would be changing the door or windows. Mr. Gelormini <br /> explained all the windows would be new and the door as well and will be adding a portico. The <br />
