• Linda asked about golf cart assignments. Julie and Carol, Cerise and Lorain, Wayne and Bob Tracey, and Sue and Dave Taylor were identified as golf cart partners. • Sandy proposed that she ride with the Westfield High School buses to make sure they get to the Parade staging area in time. • Paul asked whether he should borrow a truck for collecting the banners and radios at the end of the Parade. The committee recommended that he do so. • Paul also confirmed that the radios will be available for the committee on Patriots Day. • Mary volunteered to help Karen at the registration desk. • Linda reported that she is recruiting Parade Ambassadors. • Cerise reported that she will hand out tickets for the reenactment and Parade viewing stands next week. • Suzanne volunteered to count the number of marchers in Parade units at the end of the Parade, to check whether they included that number that the unit promised to march. • Linda and Sandy described the meeting that a TCC sub-committee had with the Arlington Celebrations Committee.
