X1'5 MQRiy�N., <br /> C ' <br /> Town of Lexington <br /> 9 d) 12 s w <br /> Policy Manual Committee <br /> � APR11.19" Minutes, Meeting of May 14, 2018 <br /> �"XINGs <br /> Committee Members: Scott Burson,Jeanne Krieger, Hank Manz, Joseph Pato <br /> Members Absent: Deborah Brown, Michelle Ciccolo, Laurie Peck <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:33 AM. <br /> 1) The Committee reviewed and approved the meeting minutes of February 15, <br /> 2018 by a vote of 4-0. <br /> 2) Review of Battle Green Use policy revision requests <br /> Town Counsel reviewed the Battle Green Use policy recommended at the February 15 <br /> meeting and recommended language changes to sign restrictions and the removal of the <br /> begging restriction. In addition, the Board of Selectmen had recommended simplifying <br /> the Patriots' Day period to be the whole of April. <br /> The revisions were approved by a vote of 4-0. <br /> 3) Discuss assignments for review of"dated" policies. <br /> The Committee discussed the set of existing policies and the chair assigned review <br /> responsibilities to each member. The chair will follow-up with a spreadsheet outlining <br /> each assignment. <br /> 4) Discuss recommendations for committee membership <br /> The Chair requested that members think of candidates to fill Ms Brown's seat which <br /> will soon be vacant. <br /> Meeting Adjourned at 8:55 AM. <br /> Minutes submitted by Joseph Pato, chair. <br /> Approved 08/23/2018 <br />
