• <br /> HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMCSSION <br /> A meeting of the Historic Districts Commission was held on Saturday, <br /> March 11, 1972, in Room G15 of the Town Office Building, Lexington at ~t3O <br /> P.M. Present were Commissioners Wilbur M. Jaquith, Chairman; George E. <br /> Graves; Donald J. Shaw; Georgia H. Williams; and. Associate Commissioners <br /> Albert T. Pitt and S. Lawrence Whipple. Mr. Pitt was appointed to serve for <br /> Philip B. Parsons who was not present. Mrs. Williams was appointed to serve <br /> as Secretary Pro Tem. <br /> Mr. Jaquith submitted three scale drawings and three copies of Specifi- <br /> cations of the proposed building of The. Lexington Mews Trust for erection on <br /> the premises at 10-12 Muzzey Street, which is within the Battle Green Dis- <br /> trict. Following discussion, it was moved, seconded, and unanimously VOTED <br /> to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness to The Lexington 1~sws Trust, Amelia <br /> G. Samoylenko et als, Trustees, for the erection of a building at 10-12 Muzzey <br /> Street and also a Permit for Demolition or Removal of the two .existing build- <br /> ings on the premises. Participating in these decisions were Commissioners <br /> <br /> Wilbur M. Jaquith, George E. Graves, Donald J, Shaw, Georgia H. Williams, and <br /> Associate Commissioner Albert T. Pitt. <br /> Mr. Jaquith stated that a letter withdrawing the application for the <br /> fence at 3 Tower Road had been received. He stated that a hearing would be <br /> scheduled for Thursday, Aprul 6, 1972, at qt 45 P.M. on the application of <br /> Leonard J. Colwell for a Certificate of Appropriateness with respect to the <br /> paving of the driveway and rear yard of the premises at 4 Vine Brook Road. <br /> A hearing will be scheduled for St15 P.M. that same evening on the applica- <br /> tion of Marilyn M.
