Jaquith, Chairman, Philip <br /> <br /> B. Parsons, Secretary, Ruth G. Bevan, T.~a~ H. Straw and George F. Graves <br /> and ~?ssociate Commissioner George ~JU. rmary. <br /> The Chairman read the letter of application and the notice of hearing. <br /> The applicant was not present since drywin~s received by the Chairman prior <br /> to the meeting were not drs.wn to scale and. were unacceptable.. The Clerk <br /> will notify Izir. 'lolf, the applicant, that an adjourned hc:.ring will be held <br /> at 9:00 P.M., on idovember 15, 1967. The hearing was adjourned at 7:45 P.iJi. <br /> alt 7:50 P.M., Mark Yoore, Jr. representing it2oore Homes, Inc, appeared <br /> with respect to a change in the exterior color features of the dvrelling <br /> now being erected on Zot ,~9, ~righasn Road under Certificate of r,ppropriate- <br /> <br /> ness #231 issued by the Commission on ;eptember 7, 1967, which is within <br /> the Hancock-Clarke District. The Chairman read Tvir. Ivoorc~s letter with <br /> regard to said color change. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br /> unanimously VOTED to issue a Certificate to the applicant. Mr. Moore <br /> retired from the meeting at 8:00 P.M. <br /> i-Learing was scheduled for 8:00 P.i+4. on the application of Harvard <br /> Trust Company for a Certificate of Appropriateness with respect to the <br /> erection of a fence on the premises at 1761-1765 b;assachusetts Avenue, <br /> <br /> which is within the Battle Green District. The Chairman read to the <br /> Commission a letter withdrawing the application. The Clerk was directed <br /> to include the following statement and vote in the Ia~inutcs of the meeting: <br /> " letter from Harvard Trust Company dated October 21a., 1967 withdrawing <br /> application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the erection of a <br /> fence at 1761-1765 r,Iassachusetts avenue was read at the time scheduled for <br /> <br /> hearing. L7pon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED <br /> that the withdrawal be accepted". <br /> ?Tearing was held at 8:20 P.M. on the application of Clifford G. Hunt, <br /> <br /> D.P:'.D. with respect to the erection and display of two additional signs on <br /> the premises at ].I~.Tluzzey Street, which is within the Battle Green District. <br /> The Chairman read the letter of application and tc:e notice of hen.ring. <br /> <br /> Drs. Hunt and Reichheld appeared and Dr. Hunt presented full sole sketches <br /> of the two signs and photographs showing the proposed locations of the <br /> signs. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED to <br /> issue a.
