'@fhite. <br /> The chairaua: revieired the status of the application and the plans ~Rf.~ths <br /> commission: He informed the commission that he had notified t$e Chairman of the <br /> Building Committee, ][r. Parker Hirtle, in writing oa January 19, 1967, that the <br /> oammiasion would meet on F'ebruaary 1, 1967, to take action on the application. <br /> Mr. Jaquith stated that he had not heard Pram Mr, $irtle until Tuesday, danuar y 31, <br /> 19b7, open he rec®ived a telephone call. from him stating that the Committee of <br /> the First Parish Church wished to extend the time for the commission to act on the <br /> application said that Ybs would submit a written request extending the time for the <br /> comm3.aaion to act on the application until Parch 1, 196?. The letter was rmad at <br /> the meeting. <br /> Upon motion duly made a1d seconded, it was unanimously QOTLD that the extension <br /> cef time until March First be granted to the First Parish Church. T he chairman stated <br /> that ha would write a letter to Mr. Hirtle accordingly. <br /> Mr. Jaquith stated that he had received bills from Minute ~ Publications <br /> as follrnras ~4.5o January 5; ~~1.50 January 193 X13.50 dann.ary 26.
