White. <br /> The chairman read the notice of hearing and the letter of application dated <br /> August 12, 1965, Present in behalf of the application Has Mr. Frederick J. Conroy <br /> Attorney for the Trustees of the 1775 Realty Trusty Rio answered questions asked <br /> by the commission members. Mr. Lincola P. Coley Chairman of the Board of <br /> Selectmen stated that the Board of Selectmen Hers unanimously in favor of the <br /> granting of this permit. The hearing was adjo~.~rned at 8s10 P.M. <br /> Upon motion duly made and secoxded, it Has unanimously VOTED to issue a Permit <br /> for Demolition to the Trustees of 1775 Realty Trust for the demolition of the <br /> existing building at 1777 - 1793 Massachusetts Avenues xhich is xithin the Battle <br /> Green District. Mr. 4R'ilbur Jaquith did not vote on this application. <br /> .Also present at the meeting Hers 1[r. Raymond Scheublin, President Lexington <br /> Trust Compaq and Mr. Paul, Architect, the hearing of xhich Has continued from <br /> August 5, 1965. Mr. Scheublin presented the commission xith a set of three <br /> scale draxings of tdse proposed changes in the existing building at 9 Muzzey Street, <br /> the parking lot and driveways. Questions Hare asked by the commission members, <br /> and there being no further questions ff'oat those present at the hearing, the hearing <br /> Has adjourned at 8:30 P. Harry Erickson, Architect, <br /> a~ad Mr. Earls H. 3trzet of Strsst and Co., Inc. the managing real estate agents <br /> for Felix Realty Trust, Mr. Erickson presented the commission with a scale <br /> draaring xhich shoxsd the proposed changes on the building, and a drawing of the <br /> <br /> • proposed sign to be erected at 1810 Massachusetts Avenue by Theatre Camara, the <br /> hearing of xhich was continued from August 6, 1965. Mr. Erickson also showed <br /> the commission photographs of other., signs along Massachusetts Avenue. Many <br /> questions Here asked Mr. Erickson and 3~r. Street..
