Bryant, <br /> The Chairman stated that he had rcceitis d a telephone call from <br /> Mr. Ivan W. Douglas, President, Sanscott Corporation, who ex~r essed a ~ <br /> desire to meet informally with the commission with r egard to his property <br /> on Bedford Street, which he has leased to Stop and Shop, rt was agreed <br /> that a meeting be held. sit 8:00 P. M. on Tuesday, December 8, 196l~, in <br /> the Selectmen's Room, to discuss this matter. <br /> Further discussion was held on the problems of Mark Moore, Jr., <br /> with regard to his property at !t2 Hancock Street. Summaries of the <br /> case Here given by ttar chairman and Wilbur M. Jaquith. A photograph of <br /> the Hancock-Claxke House eras viewed by the members of the commission. <br /> Also present at the meeting was ~6r. Francis VPorrell, 183 Cedes <br /> Street, Bexington. <br /> It was agreed that the Chairman write a letter to Robert E. Meyer, <br /> Chairman of the Planning Board, in which he state that the Commission has <br /> an interest in the subdivision of the old Jackson p roperty on Hancock Street <br /> ~d that the coranission have a print of any definitive subdivision plan which <br /> may be approved by the Planning Board, <br /> It was further agreed that the Chairman talk to mark Moore, Jr., <br /> with regard to placing blinds on the rear elevation of the house on Hancock <br /> Street.
