Grant, Chairaan, Philip B. Parsons, Secretary <br /> 17ilbur M. Jaquith, Ruth Bevan and George E. Graves. <br /> The chairman r cad the letter of application received by the Commission i <br /> September 18, 196l~. Ddr. R. A. Bittenbender, Chairman of the Building <br /> Committee and fir. Richard Bridge, Architect, appeared on behalf of the Parish 'i <br /> and shoered the commission drawings of the proposed changes. The commission <br /> members asked various questions, The hearing was adjourned at 8x25 P.
