Grant, Chairman, Philip B. Parsons, Secretary, <br /> George E. Graves, Ruth Bevan and Wilbur M. daquith. <br /> The chairman read the letter of application dated November 18, 1963. <br /> Present in behalf of theapglication was Mr. Mark Moore, a member of the <br /> Board of Directors of Lexington Trust Compax~• ?he comaeission members <br /> view~ad the three photographs sutwaitted with the application and asked <br /> <br /> Mr. Moore various questions.
