Grant, Chairman, Philip Parsons, <br /> Secretary, George Graves and Wilbur M• Jaquith and A ssociate <br /> Commissioners haiph A. Burnham and William B. Boyt. <br /> 1'he chairman read the letter of application received from <br /> Rt. KEY. Ueorge Casey dated August 26, 1.963• Ht. Rev. <br /> George W. Casey and Chester r~. aright, Architect, were present <br /> at the hearing in behalf of the application. Mr. Wright <br /> presented the commission with scaled drawings and a colored <br /> perspective of the proposed building. various questions were <br /> asked by the manbers of the commission. The hearing was <br /> adjourned at x:2(3 P. M• <br /> fln motion made and. duly seconded, it was unanimously VOTED <br /> to grant to The Roman ~%atholic Archbishop of Boston, a ~rporation <br /> Sole, a certif icate of appropriateness with respect to the <br /> erection of a one-story building for a school of religious education <br /> at 1977 - 201 ~as.sach usetts Avenue, a portion of the building ~ <br /> being within the Battle Ureen District. <br /> Also present at the meeting was dir. ~ohn:~ugler representing <br /> <br /> Mrs. Huth P. Kugler with respect to her application for a <br /> certificate of appropriateness. Upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded, it was VOTED that Wilbur M. Jaquith be elected <br /> Chairman Pro fempore for the purpose of the adjourned meeting <br /> on Mrs. ~ugler~s hearing. <br /> Mr. Jaquith gave brief statements of the bac?~grovnd of <br /> the application. Mr. Bugler answered questions asked by the <br /> commission members. It was agreed that Mr. ~u.gler would <br /> contact the contractor regarding further details on the air- <br /> conditioning units.
