N1. on <br /> April lb, 1963, in the Seleetments zoom for further <br /> consideration of the application of David pinkham, for <br /> a certificate of appropriateness for the erection and display <br /> of a sign on the premises at 29 llepot Square, which is within <br /> the Battle Green District. <br /> present were llonald R. Grant, Chairman, Philip ~ parsons, <br /> Secretary, Wilbur Jaquith and Associate Commissionersttalph <br /> A. Burnham and i~illiam B. Hoyt. <br /> Also present was David C, pinkham. 1`he commission <br /> members discussed the proposed sign with pqr. Pinkham. Mr. <br /> Parsons reported on his observations of the sign in question, <br /> which was discussed in detail with the applicant. j'he <br /> applicant stated at the hearing that he wished to withdraw <br /> his application for a certificate of appro~ariateness rather <br /> than prosecute it further and that he had no objection to <br /> having the minutes of the meeting read to that effect. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED to <br /> accept the withdrawal of the application, without prejudice, <br /> to the filing of a. new application. <br /> 'Yhe meeting was adjourned at 7:30 P.
