M. on 'Tuesday, March 12, 1963, to give further consideration <br /> to the application of John F. MacNeil, Trustee of the Liberty <br /> Realty Trust, for a certificate of appropriateness for a proposed <br /> second story on the building ~.t 19 Depot Square, which is ti,*ithin <br /> the Battle Green District. <br /> Present were Donald R. Grant, Uhairman, Philip B. Parsons, <br /> Secretary, Ruth Bevan and Associate Commissioners Carl B. Bryant <br /> and Ralph A. Burnham. <br /> Also present were C. Barry Erickson and John E ~`1acNeil. <br /> <br /> Mr. Erickson showed the commission new scale drawings of the <br /> prop~~ed second floor of the existing building. 1'he comm~.ssion <br /> members asked Mr. Erickson anal Mr. MacNeil various questions. <br /> 0n motion made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED <br /> to grant to John P'.
